Matt Hourigan started with Listening to Mitchell in February of 2014. He’s studying Art and Technology at UW-Milwaukee and has been working on the project in a variety of capacities.  Matt is spear heading the cell phone audio tour and has connected Listening to Mitchell with Guide by Cell.
